We used AI to summarise reviews and highlight positive and negative aspects of products.

We then created a recommendation algorithm and ran this across two datasets:
- The AI generated summaries
- The original customer review text

Finally, we assessed the value by building an analytics dashboard which shows the difference in load times between the two methodologies.
